Total Body Blast is designed to target, define and tone all major muscles in your body. A balance of strength exercises using dumbbells or your own body for resistance mixed with cardio exercises with an emphasis on core/ abdominals and back. Anick’s basic HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) formula uses three different components: muscle resistance, cardio and rest. Get ready to sweat and have fun!!!
